As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please call 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, in order that your deposit may be refunded less a $30 service charge per room. For cancellations within 14 days, the guest is responsible for the full deposit. We may issue a credit voucher in the amount of the deposit for use on a future stay. We do not accept cancellations over our answering system; please speak with an Innkeeper to confirm your cancellation and to avoid the full charge for the dates of your reservation. Reservations for holidays are non-refundable once the reservation is made.
The inn and grounds are a non-smoking property. The inn is appropriate for children 12 and older. Children under 12 may be accommodated in two of our suites. We do not permit pets but will happily give reference to boarding facilities. The number of people per room is governed by fire regulations, licensing, insurance and available space. Our rooms each accommodate two persons with the exception of two suites where the maximum is four with the possibility of a crib in addition.
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. If you are unable to arrive between these times please call the inn so that we can schedule our staff to accommodate your arrival. We are unable to facilitate early arrivals or late departures in order to assure each guest is afforded the courtesy of their full stay with us. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
